Samsung Galaxy Fold has now been officially revealed in India. With the formal debut, the Galaxy Fold has emerged to be the first foldable Android smartphone in the Indian market. The smartphone, which was originally revealed back in the month of February, initially faced criticism from the early reviewers for its flimsy design. The USP of the latest Samsung phone is the foldable display that allows the users to transform it into a tablet-like device.

The Samsung Galaxy Fold price in India is all set to launch at the cost of INR 164999 for the 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The phone comes in one color option of Cosmos Black.
The company will start taking pre-bookings for the smartphone in India from the 4th of October, while on the other hand shipment will start from the 20th of October.

Just like the other smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Fold supports two displays, with one flat-screen featuring at the front and second internal screen that sports with the foldable design. The front display has a 4.6-inch SUPER AMOLED Panel with the HD+ resolutions and 21:9 aspect ratio.
The Galaxy Fold runs on the Android 9 Pie with a tweaked one UI skin on the top. It is also supported by an Octa-Core SoC, coupled with the RAM of 12GB. There is also a 512GB of internal storage that is not expandable further.
The smartphone has a 16MP primary camera sensor with an ultra-wide lens of f/2.2 and a 12MP secondary sensor with the Dual Pixel AF lens.
The smartphone supports the dual battery that has a capacity of 4380mAh and supports both the wired and wireless charging.
