Lenovo has now revealed two new gaming laptops in its Lenovo Legion series, in addition to a new range of desktop gaming PC’s and accessories which includes the mice, headsets, and keyboard. The two new laptops feature the latest 9th gen Intel Core CPU’s and Nvidia GeForce RTX series GPU’s as options. The company is hoping to grow its presence in the Indian gaming and esports markets by focusing on the high-performance hardware as well as the exterior design that can fit in anywhere.
The new Lenovo Legion Y740 is a premium 15.6-inch gaming laptop with a starting cost of INR 129990. It has a grey anodized aluminum exterior with the customizable RGB LED effects.
There is also a Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 57W battery, and Bluetooth 4.1. Windows 10 Home is the default OS, but this can be upgraded to the Windows 10 pro. Shipping estimates on the website as of now are currently at four weeks for some of the configuration options.
The Lenovo Legion Y540 has an official price starting at the cost of INR 69990. The model features a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 GPU, an optional 144Ghz full HD display. The rest of the specification are much similar to those of the Legion Y740.
