Expanding its products’ line-up, Chinese smartphone brand Huawei has launched the MediaPad M5 Lite tablet in India. Starting at Rs. 21,990, the tablet is available in two RAM and storage variants: 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage.

Huawei MediaPad M5 lite boasts 10.1-inch full-HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and 224 pixel density. Powering the tablet is a Kirin 659 processor coupled with Mali T830 GPU and 3GB RAM/ 4GB RAM. It comes in 32GB and 64GB storage options, with an expandable memory card slot for further expansion up to 256GB via MicroSD card.
In terms of optics, it has a 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, and a 8-megapixel front camera with fixed focus abilities. It packs a massive 7,500mAh battery that is touted to fully charge in less than 2.9 hours. Connectivity options on the tablet include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, LTE, Bluetooth v4.2, and more. The tablet measures 234.4×162.2×7.7mm, and weighs 475 grams.
It has four speakers with 3D surround sound effects, Histen 5.0 audio enhancement technology, and Harmon Kardon technology integration. The tablet also comes loaded with eye-comfort mode for children, parental controls, and Intelligent Light Adjustment features.

The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite comes with a price tag of Rs. 21,990 in India for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant. It will be available on Flipkart exclusively from September 29 during the Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale. The tablet will be available for buyers in single Champagne Gold colour option.
