The impending launch of the Honor X9b in India is generating considerable buzz. Previously seen on certification sites with leaked launch details, the model is expected to mirror its global version’s features in the Indian market. Recently, the phone made a brief appearance on an e-commerce listing, adding weight to the ongoing rumors about its India launch.
Tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) shared a screenshot of the Honor X9b on an Amazon India listing, providing insights into its potential configurations. Although the Amazon page has been removed, the screenshot indicates that the smartphone might be offered in a Sunrise Orange color variant and boast 12GB RAM paired with 256GB onboard storage.
The Amazon listing also hinted at an enticing combo offer for the Indian market, featuring Honor Choice Earbuds X5e, 12 months of screen and back cover protection, and a 24-month battery health warranty. Additionally, it revealed that the Honor X9b will run on Android 13-based UI out-of-the-box.
Previously, the same tipster suggested a potential launch date of February 8 or February 9 for the Honor X9b in India, with an estimated price range between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000. He further hinted at a bundled offering with the Honor Choice X5 True Wireless Earbuds, all priced below Rs. 35,000.
Expected to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, 12GB RAM, and MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, the Honor X9b’s global variant features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel. It boasts a powerful camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary rear camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. With a 5,800mAh battery and 35W wired fast charging, the Honor X9b promises a compelling smartphone experience.
