Dish TV has now revealed a new Android-powered set-top box called by the name DISH Smart Hub and Alexa enabled smart dongle called Dish Smart Kit as a part of its SMRT connected devices lineup that has already included the SMRT Stick.

Dish TV SMRT Hub carries a price tag of INR 3999 for the new subscribers and INR 2499 for the old subscribers of the existing Dish TV.

It is an Android-based set-top box that runs on the Android 9 Pie and includes support for the Google Play Store as well as the Google Assistant. It will support all the major entertainment applications such as the ALTBALAJI, Voot, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube. With the built-in Chromecast support, the Dish TV SMRT Hub users will also be going to be able to stream content on their connected TV from their smartphone.

Dish TV SMRT Kit with the Alexa is a smart Dongle that can connect your DishNXT HD set-top box and bring up with support for the online entertainment apps as well as the Alexa Voice Assistant. It comes with a bundled remote with a mic for the voice commands as well as the UI navigation.
