Asus ROG Phone 2 was launched in an event in India yesterday. The new flagship gaming smartphone comes with some interesting features such as 120HZ AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC and a massive 6000mAh battery with 30W fast charging.

The Asus ROG Phone 2 comes with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels and up to 120Hz refresh rate. Powring the ROG Phone 2 Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor with Adreno 640 GPU at its core. It is coupled with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
For immense gaming experience, the handset has front-facing stereo speakers with DTS:X Ultra support. The speakers come with larger chambers and are reportedly twice as loud as the ones found on the ROG Phone. The device has a 3.5mm audio jack.
In terms of optics, the phone comes with a dual rear camera setup that comprises of 48-megapixel Quad Bayer sensor along with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. There is a 24-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The handset runs Android 9 Pie OS and is fuelled by a 6000mAh battery with 30W ROG HyperCharge as well as Quick Charge 4.0.

The Asus ROG Phone 2 price in India is set for Rs. 37,999 for the model of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The premium variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB USB 3.0 storage in priced at Rs. 59,999. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage retail box will include the 10W QC 4.0 charger and the AeroCase cover while the premium variant retail box will include the 30W ROG Charger, AeroActive Cooler, and the Aero Case.
