Next month, Nothing’s sub-brand will unveil the CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds, the newest additions to its audio product lineup. These devices will coincide with the launch of the Nothing Phone 2a, slated for release in India and global markets by the UK startup helmed by OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei. In anticipation of their launch, the company has begun teasing some specifications of the CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones.
According to details on the company’s website, the CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds will debut in India on March 5 at 5 pm. This launch date also marks the introduction of the Nothing Phone 2a in India. Both products will be available for purchase via Flipkart, mirroring the distribution strategy of the company’s existing products.
Positioned as the company’s inaugural neckband-style headset, the CMF Neckband Pro will feature five microphones tailored for AI-driven noise cancellation during calls, boasting up to 50dB of hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC) capabilities.
Conversely, the CMF Buds will boast a 12.4mm driver constructed with biofiber and custom TPU materials, as disclosed by the company. Similar to the CMF Neckband Pro, this TWS headset will also offer ANC support, with further details on this feature yet to be unveiled.
Both the CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds will integrate with the Nothing X app and offer five bass levels through the firm’s Ultra Bass Technology 2.0, adjustable via a slider.
Earlier teasers from the Nothing sub-brand hinted at the CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds, offering glimpses of the devices in white and silver color schemes. However, the company’s website showcases these products in an orange color variant. More information, including pricing and detailed specifications, is expected to be disclosed ahead of their March 5 debut.
